Directions to Our Facility
Our facility is located at 920 Blake Ave in the industrial district of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are approximately 10 miles south of downtown Milwaukee and easily accessible from major highways.
From I-94 (North or South)
Take the College Avenue exit (Exit 322). Head east on College Avenue toward Lake Michigan. Turn south (right) on Pennsylvania Avenue, then east (left) on Blake Avenue. Our facility is on the south side of Blake Ave in the industrial park. Total distance from the highway is approximately 2.5 miles.
From Downtown Milwaukee
Head south on I-94 or take Highway 32 (S. 1st Street / S. Howell Avenue) south through the Bay View and Cudahy neighborhoods. Continue south into South Milwaukee and follow signs to the Blake Avenue industrial area. The drive is approximately 15-20 minutes in normal traffic.
Landmarks Near Our Facility
We are located in the South Milwaukee industrial corridor near Grant Park and the Lake Michigan shoreline. The South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center is approximately 1 mile north. General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is about 7 miles northwest, making our facility convenient for out-of-town visitors flying in for facility tours.
Truck Access Information
Our facility has full semi-truck and flatbed trailer access with a dedicated truck entrance, loading dock, and covered staging area. Drivers should use the main entrance on Blake Avenue and check in at the office before proceeding to the loading area. We can accommodate multiple trucks simultaneously for large pickup and delivery operations.

We welcome customers and prospective buyers to visit our reconditioning facility. During a tour, you will see every stage of our reconditioning process and can inspect inventory firsthand.
